Contains: All organic Mugwort (Artemesia vulgaris), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), Calea Zacatechichi, Blue Lotus, Gotu Kola, Afghani rose petals, Chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita), French Lavendula, Tulsi Basil (Ocimum basilicum), Cinnamon chips (Cinnamomum burmannii), and Nutmeg (Myristica fragans).

1-2 tsp per 1 cup of water. Simmer in water for ten minutes, strain, add honey if desired.
