Simmer 1 oz. for 20 minutes and steep for another 15 minutes with the lid on. Then, place pot under an open-ended chair and sit over steam for at least 20 minutes with thighs covered to trap stream. Keep away from open Yoni drafts for the following 24 hours to maximize healing and effectiveness.
